Speaking in an interview on Wednesday, March 12, Dr. Ato Forson categorically denied claims that the government had halted hiring across various sectors.
“There is no freeze on employment,” he stated emphatically, seeking to alleviate fears among job seekers and public sector employees.
The Finance Minister reaffirmed that the government remains committed to fostering job creation, particularly for the youth, while sustaining critical public services.
