Machinery and electrical equipment followed at 44.0%, plastics at 33.4%, chemical products at 26.9%, vehicles and automotive parts at 25.5%, and other consumer products at 22.1%. The demand for these goods highlights the country’s reliance on China for both industrial and consumer needs.

With China maintaining a stronghold in Ghana’s imports, the trade relationship between the two nations continues to deepen, shaping the country’s economic and industrial landscape.
