Yvonne Okoro, born Chinyere Yvon Okoro on November 25, 1984, is a celebrated Ghanaian-Nigerian actress and television personality known for her talent and versatility. Born to a Ghanaian mother and a Nigerian father. Yvonne Okoro is of mixed lineage and calls herself an African. She comes from a very large family, as the first child of her mother and the fifth of all siblings. She, from a young age, showed a desire to be an actress.

As the firstborn of her mother, Yvonne has always stood out, both in her family and in her professional life.

Her educational journey began at Achimota Preparatory School for her primary education, followed by secondary school at Mfantsiman Girls Secondary School. She later attended the University of Ghana, where she pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree, combining English and Linguistics. Subsequently, she was at the Universite de Nantes in France to study Press Civilization, Drama and Marketing

Yvonne’s passion for entertainment led her to the screen, where she built a successful career in both acting and television hosting.
